Start the day at the Deux Domaines with a full buffet breakfast which includes a daily hot option. A light packed lunch is included 5 days a week (not Mondays or Saturdays). Children’s High Tea is included in our child prices, and is served at 5.30pm for those under 12 years old, providing a healthy menu more tailored to child tastes. If you wish your child/ren to join you at the main evening dinner, this can be booked at a supplement of £39 per child per week (£55 for 10/11-night holidays) for the full adult menu.Our 5-course dinner service starts with canapés and an apéritif served in the lounge bar, followed by an appetiser, main course, dessert and cheese, all accompanied by a selection of complimentary wines. We offer choices for each course and ask that you make your selection at breakfast each day, so that our chef’s team can prepare everything fresh for you that evening.Once a week a more informal barbecue or al fresco dinner is included, and on Mondays the restaurant and kitchen staff have a well deserved day off, so dinner is not included and you are free to try a local restaurant in the village that evening. A number of events are arranged by our Chalet Hotel team, including quiz evenings, a talk on the local area, wine-tasting and a cookery demonstration.Chalet Hotel des Deux Domaines is also open to guests from our sister company, as well as to private and international visitors, creating a convivial and cosmopolitan atmosphere.There is a choice of spacious family bedrooms and suites, all of which have modern bathrooms, hairdryer, bathrobes, TV/DVD player and most also have a balcony. All rooms and suites will take at least one cot.
Belle Plagne rooms (sleep 2-3) have twin/double beds and a full sized single bed/sofa. Some rooms can be interconnected for complete family convenience.
Paradiski Suites (sleep 4-5) and consist of a Belle Plagne room interconnecting with a lounge or second sleeping area with double sofa bed, TV/DVD, balcony additional en suite shower/wc.
There is also a Super Suite (sleep 6-8) which is a Paradiski Suite interconnecting to a Belle Plagne room giving 3 separate sleeping areas.
All rooms will take at least one cot.

The operative date for child ages is the date of outward travel from the UK. Transfer time from Geneva: 2½ hrs and from Annecy: 2 hrs. Discovering Belle Plagne
The aptly named Belle Plagne is an attractive village of local stone and wooden buildings, with a flower- filled pedestrianised centre, located on the spectacular Bellecôte Massif on the edge of the Vanoise National Park. It is an ideal base from which to discover this amazing region of rolling green pastures, pine woods and panoramic vistas of the mountains all around.
For walkers, the possibilities are endless, whether you want a challenging full day hike or a gentler stroll in the flower-strewn meadows with the family. There is also a wide range of leisure activities available in the area, including rock-climbing, white water rafting, forest adventure courses and riding the gondolas to the mountain tops, as well as canyoning and parapenting for more adventurous adults!
Annecy – FREE day trip included!
Included on Fridays is a coach excursion to Annecy and its stunning lake, said to be the cleanest in Europe. There’s a stop for coffee in charming La Clusaz before arriving in Annecy itself, where there is time to visit the market, and stroll the pretty centre with its historic buildings and canals. Children will also enjoy the chance for a swim in the lake, or perhaps a boat cruise or pedalo ride!
Hiking and Biking
Paths radiate out from Belle Plagne and included are two FREE half-day guided walks, including one with a visit to a local Beaufort cheese farm and dairy to see the cows. Mountain bikes can be hired locally to enjoy the network of trails around Belle Plagne (Prices from £15 per day).
White Water Rafting
This is a thrilling activity, riding the rapids! There is a gentle course for beginners and families with children whilst experienced rafters can ride a more exhilarating course. Children must be over 10 and confident swimmers. Wetsuits, helmets and life jackets are provided as well as full instruction from your qualified leader. Prices approx £56/adult £49/child.
Forest Adventure Course and Zipwire
Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Chalet Hotel, this exciting course involves swinging through the trees on a mixture of rope-slides and pulleys, nets and bridges. Helmets are included along with full instruction from qualified staff. A good head for heights is recommended (but not compulsory!) and the children will want to do it again and again! Prices approx £18/adult £10 /child

Our Esprit Nursery and Sun Squad / Sunset Club both have dedicated, spacious rooms in the Chalet Hotel des Deux Domaines providing a base for all our young guests.
Esprit Nursery
Run by qualified British nannies caring for children aged 4-40 months, our Nursery will provide a happy and stimulating environment with a mixture of indoor and outdoor play.
Esprit Sun Squad Club
Our daytime fun club is for children aged 3-10 years and will offer numerous activities including treasure hunts, ‘pool fun’ time, mountain walks, den building, mini tennis, a cable-car ride and other action-packed fun and games.
Esprit Sunset Club
This is available for children aged 3-10 years, from 7.30- 10.30pm every night except Saturday, to enable parents to enjoy relaxing over dinner without worrying about the children.
FREE Baby Listening and Child-Patrol Service
For complete peace of mind, this service is offered free of charge in Chalet Hotel des Deux Domaines from 7.30pm to 11pm every evening.
